Clay Stoll
Clay has been happily serving the investment and financial needs of his small hometown, Ste. Genevieve, MO, for more than 35 years. He began his career as a life insurance agent for Prudential Insurance Company, a business he inherited from his father, a career agent with the company. When his father retired from the business, Clay took over his small clientele and proceeded to build a successful business of his own. After 25 successful years with Prudential, Clay decided to become an independent agent, a decision based upon the fact that he could offer a wider variety of options to better meet the varying needs of his growing clientele.
Clay’s business and personal philosophy, the Golden Rule, is simple and has served him well throughout his life—he treats others the way he would like to be treated both personally and in every client interaction. This rule of thumb and his strong work ethic have helped him guide his clients through the sometimes confusing terrain of investments and life insurance and toward strategies his clients can feel confident in. He understands money decisions can be emotional, which is why he handles each client with respect and care. He holds his Series 6 and 63 licenses, and is currently working toward obtaining his Series 65, a designation which will assist him in offering an even wider portfolio of options for his clients as they plan for their future. Clay has been married to his high school sweetheart, Cindy, for 36 years, and they have three children and three grandchildren whom they enjoy spoiling. Outside of work and family, Clay enjoys golfing and refereeing middle school and high school basketball games. |
